Kristie L. Stark - Director, EA, CAA, Notary Public
With over 20 years of tax preparation experience, Kristie has held the Enrolled Agent Designation since 2015. She is qualified to offer tax consulting and preparation services for individuals (including those who are self-employed), C-Corporations, S-Corporations, partnerships and others. She also holds the Certifying Acceptance Agent credential and is a Notary Public in Tennessee.
Kristie married Brad Pfendler in June of 2024 and they have a dog named Revvie who is almost a year old. They have homes in Louisiana and Tennessee. Brad loves to ride his motorcycle, go fishing and keeping the busy retired life. Kristie’s hobbies include crochet and playing the piano. Their family includes several grown children (step and otherwise) and three grand dogs!
Katherine R. Martin
Located in Southern Oregon, Kathy has over 30 years of experience as a bookkeeper in various settings, including corporations large and small, construction companies, and chiropractic offices, companies requiring inventory tracking, job costing, payroll, real estate investment tracking, and others. She is well versed in Quickbooks (online and desktop), and other bookkeeping software.
Kathy’s hobbies include most anything artsy, stained glass, crochet, painting, sewing, cooking, she is also a wonderful singer and Sabbath School or Church Study teacher. She’s good at so much stuff! Kathy is mom to four grown kids and grand-mom to 10.
Mary M. Long
Mary has worked with K Stark Company, LLC for over 8 years as a tax preparer. She is uniquely qualified to prepare returns for members of the Clergy and has experience preparing all other types of returns as well. Mary is located in Middle Tennessee.
Mary is active in her church leadership, especially in Women’s Ministries. She is mom to three and grand-mom to 3.
Laura Christopher
Laura has worked with K Stark Company, LLC since early 2025. She is a trained CPA though her license is currently inactive. She assists with client bookkeeping and payroll as well as handling preparation of tax returns. She is located in Southern Louisiana.
Laura’s hobbies include gardening, cooking, spending time with her family.
